I have been working in the Social Work Department since 2010. I enjoy working alongside our wonderful faculty and staff and I take great pleasure in supporting our students in any way I can.

I was born and raised in Arcata and graduated from both Cal Poly Humboldt and CSU, Fullerton. My background is in art history and museum studies. I worked at various museums in Southern California before relocating back to Arcata. My husband and I keep busy raising our 3 wonderful daughters. I make time to take care of myself by exercising, and my goal is still to run in a marathon one day!
