Humboldt Department of Social Work Reaffirmation of Accreditation Site Visit
Hello Social Work Students,
Next week, on April 3 and 4, our department will be visited by two social work faculty members from other schools as part of the reaffirmation process for our accreditation by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Accreditation by CSWE is essential for the legitimacy of your social work degree and for the reputation of our program. It is also an opportunity for us to make progress toward realizing our purpose as a department (see below).
There is time side aside on Wednesday, April 3, from 12:30-1:30 for BA and MSW students to share your experience in our programs with the site visitors. The rooms on campus and Zoom links are:
BA - BSS 306, https://humboldtstate.zoom.us/j/801607373
MSW - BSS 420, https://humboldtstate.zoom.us/j/881875040
Thank you for showing up,
Ronnie Swartz (on behalf of the Humboldt Social Work Department)
